GarudaAI is a career technology platform that helps users search jobs, build resumes, check ATS scores, generate career roadmaps, and access career learning tools.

Account information: name, email address, profile details, login provider information, and authentication-related data.

Career information: resumes, resume text, job descriptions, ATS score inputs, skills, education, work experience, career goals, and saved resume builder content.

Job search information: keywords, locations, country/region selections, remote preferences, filters, and job interaction data.

Technical information: IP address, approximate country/region, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, cookies, and security logs.

Support information: messages, attachments, email address, and any information you choose to provide when contacting us.

Payment information: if paid features are offered, payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. GarudaAI does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on its servers.

To provide resume builder, ATS score, AI resume fix, job search, academy, dashboard, and support features.

To process your resume and job description so AI tools can generate resume suggestions or rewritten resume content.

To personalize job results, including by using approximate country/region detection where available.

To improve platform security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.

To send service messages, account notices, support replies, and important updates.

To analyze usage trends and improve GarudaAI features, design, and performance.

For users in regions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions, we process personal data based on one or more legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

Contract: to provide account, resume, ATS, job search, and career services you request.

Legitimate interests: to secure, improve, debug, and operate GarudaAI.

Consent: where required for cookies, marketing, or optional features.

Legal obligations: where required to comply with applicable law, tax, fraud prevention, or lawful requests.

GarudaAI may send resume text, job descriptions, and related career inputs to AI service providers to generate ATS analysis, resume rewrites, career suggestions, and similar outputs.

You should not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your resume or career use case.

AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated resumes, job suggestions, and career guidance before using them.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in employment, interviews, immigration benefits, admissions, or job offers.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, store resume builder drafts, improve performance, and understand usage.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect login, saved preferences, or some platform features.

Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, support, AI processing, job data APIs, and security providers.

Job and API providers: when using job search or external job links, third-party job providers may receive request or interaction data according to their own policies.

We do not sell your resume content as a standalone product.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, including account operation, service delivery, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and backup retention.

Resume drafts, ATS inputs, and saved career data may remain in your account until you delete them or request deletion, subject to legal and security retention needs.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of certain sharing/sale, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, secure hosting, authentication protections, and encrypted connections where available.

No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

GarudaAI is not intended for children under 13. If your country requires a higher age for digital consent, you must meet that age or use GarudaAI with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

GarudaAI may link to job boards, employers, educational content, APIs, and third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or accuracy of third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of GarudaAI after updates means you acknowledge the revised notice.
