These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GarudaAI, including our website, resume builder, ATS score checker, AI resume tools, job search, academy, dashboard, support features, and related services.

By using GarudaAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GarudaAI provides career technology tools, including resume creation, ATS analysis, AI-assisted resume rewriting, job search, career learning, and career roadmap features.

GarudaAI does not guarantee job offers, interviews, employment, admissions, visa outcomes, salary increases, or career results.

You must be legally able to form a binding agreement or use GarudaAI with appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

GarudaAI may generate resume edits, ATS suggestions, summaries, career recommendations, and other AI-assisted content.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.

You must not rely on GarudaAI as legal, immigration, financial, medical, or professional employment advice.

You retain ownership of resume text, job descriptions, profile information, and other content you upload or enter into GarudaAI.

You grant GarudaAI permission to process your content to provide, improve, secure, and support the service.

You represent that you have the right to upload and process any content you submit.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.

GarudaAI may display jobs from third-party job data providers, public sources, APIs, employers, or job boards.

We do not control third-party job listings and do not guarantee that listings are accurate, available, current, lawful, or suitable.

When you click Apply or visit an external job link, you may leave GarudaAI and interact with a third-party site subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for verifying employers, job postings, compensation, location, sponsorship, and application requirements.

Some GarudaAI features may require payment, subscription, credits, or usage-based billing.

Prices, feature availability, limits, and billing terms may change where permitted by law.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged for access to digital tools and AI processing, not for guaranteed outcomes.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be described at the point of purchase or handled according to applicable law and our posted refund policy if one is provided.

You agree not to misuse GarudaAI, interfere with security, reverse engineer the service, scrape data without permission, overload systems, bypass access controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

You must not use GarudaAI to create fraudulent resumes, impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, or submit false information to employers.

You must not upload malware, secrets belonging to others, highly sensitive personal data not needed for career services, or content that violates rights of others.

GarudaAI, including its design, branding, software, interface, logos, and platform content, is owned by GarudaAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create competing services using GarudaAI materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of GarudaAI at any time.

We may update features, AI models, job providers, pricing, security controls, and user interface elements.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, third-party outages, API failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

GarudaAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation where legally permitted.

Career, resume, ATS, and job search outputs are informational tools only and should be reviewed by the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GarudaAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or employment outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid to GarudaAI for the relevant service during the period allowed by applicable law.

You agree to defend and hold GarudaAI harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or content you submit.

You may stop using GarudaAI at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the platform, failed to pay required fees, or used the service unlawfully.

GarudaAI is designed for global access, but not all features may be available or appropriate in every country.

You are responsible for complying with local laws when using GarudaAI, applying for jobs, uploading content, or using AI-generated materials.

Unless a different rule is required by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GarudaAI operates.

Some users may have mandatory local consumer rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above shows when the Terms were last revised.

Continued use of GarudaAI after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
